What is a business visa for Saudi Arabia?

A business visa for Saudi Arabia is an official permit that the country grants to foreign nationals who need to travel temporarily to carry out activities related to the business, commercial or professional world, without this implying working directly within the country.

Application Process

The company submits an online application: The inviting company must generate a formal invitation for the applicant through the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

To complete the application, the following documents must be submitted to the Saudi Arabian Embassy in your country of origin or to an authorised visa centre.

Passport valid for at least 6 months.
MOFA form.
Medical insurance for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A letter of introduction from the company where you work, stating your commercial and professional role within the company. (legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
Copy of university degree or diploma relevant to the work to be performed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Commercial registration of the inviting company.
A letter from the inviting company, legalised by the Kingdom’s Chamber of Commerce and addressed to the Embassy, explaining the reason for the visit to the Kingdom.
